Barack Obama called on residents in the East Coast to take Hurricane Irene seriously in his speech yesterday. But obviously, some didn’t heed his call. As hurricane Irene battered the East Coast, many even reveled in the storm. Some were captured by news crews dancing and running around as Irene hit Virginia.

A streaker was even caught on video by The Weather Channel. The streaker / flasher, ran behind Weather Channel reported Eric Fisher as he was reporting on Hurricane Irene in Virginia Beach, Virginia. First, it was his friends running around. Then the unidentified man and flashed the camera from behind and in front to the amusement of Fisher. Due to the nudity in the video, it cannot be posted here. But hop on to YouTube where you’ll find several copies of the ‘Hurricane Irene Flasher ’ ‘ ‘Hurricane Irene Streaker ’ posted.

The streaker remains unidentified as of this writing. Maybe he wants to remain anonymous. After all, it was just a ‘tiny’ appearance. Or maybe he was just cold because of the rain.
